Our Organisation

Age Connects North East Wales is an entirely independent local charity that supports people over the age of 50yrs across Flintshire and Wrexham. We aim to support older people in the local communty to live independently in their own homes for as long as they choose to do so.

Age Connects North East Wales wants older people to have real choices over their own lives so they can feel safe and secure in their home and community by making well informed choices about how they live their lives.
